Facial oils and much of "clean beauty" skincare are marketed on feel and ingredient story rather than trial evidence. Some oils are comedogenic, meaning they can clog the exact pores acne needs unclogged — but comedogenicity varies a lot by specific oil, so "natural" doesn't tell you which ones.
If you want a moisturiser alongside actives, look for something labelled non-comedogenic rather than reaching for an oil because it sounds natural. Natural and non-comedogenic aren't the same thing.
